Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Growifyr Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Growifyr," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Services
Growifyr provides B2B demand generation services including but not limited to:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Content Creation
- Market Research & Analytics
- Lead Generation and Nurturing
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misrepresent your identity or company
- Pay all fees as agreed in your service agreement
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Growifyr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment.
Limitation of Liability
Growifyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
